Suddenly "big" entrepreneur: Today we have 20 fermentation and storage tanks in our brewery. Bottled at 5.1% ABV. Appearance: Clear gold with a loud tall white head of low retention. Aroma: Pale malt, crackers, light sulphur, distant umami yeast. Taste: Light sweet & low to light bitterness. Pale malt, crackers, light sulphur, spicy notes. Mouth feel: Medium body, soft to average carbonation. Overall: OK but not as decent as the rating shows.

0,5 l bottle from our local Hol´Ab! bottle shop. Cloudy yellow golden, one finger white head in the glass. More orange than banana on the nose, some yeast. Taste starts with banana, wheat and yeast. Some sweetness. Increasing little bit dry. Above average carbonation. Standard Bavarian Weißbier.

Bottle. Hazy golden colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is citrus, some herbs, quite much lemons and some mild earthy tones. Flavour is quite similar, with quite a big bitterness. As such not a bad beer, but lacks the complexity of a Belgian Tripel, and also the spicy yeasty tones are somewhere else than left in the beer. Refreshing, but more like a Belgo-inspired IPA than a tripel.

0,5 l bottle. Cloudy yellow golden in the glass, one finger white head. Caramel and citrus aroma, some grainy elements. Taste starts smooth grainy with caramel, cereales, hints of citrus. Increasing soft bitterness with caramel in the second part. Above average carbonation. Nice stuff.

Recht hopfig in Nase und Trunk. Leicht bitter, ansonsten klassische Süße eines Alkoholfreies. Ganz ordentlich.
