Suddenly "big" entrepreneur: Today we have 20 fermentation and storage tanks in our brewery. Giesinger became Munich's second largest private brewery almost overnight: With our current brewing plant, we can produce up to 12,000 hectoliters of beer per year, and after the opening of the second brewery even more.

At the source, with Jacob, Silke, Justin and Annika. Gold with a creamy, white head. Aroma full of fresh grains. Moderate bitter throughout with a touch of dough-like sweetness underneath. Refreshing. Good for the style.

Bottle. Nose is grainy, cereal, caramel, slight fruitiness dough. Taste is cereal, fruity, straw and leading to a touch of honey light green hop note in the finish. This is subtle and grew on me significantly as I drank.

Hazy blond colour, white foam. Bready, light citrussy, rustic notes, refreshing with light sweet hints. Nice Kellerbier!

Bottle at BrewDog Frankfurt. Hazy amber color, average sized white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, hops, caramalts, lingering bitterness, mostly malty bitters. Mwah, too malty for me tbh.

Tap at Naiv, Frankfurt. Chrystal clear golden color, white head. Aroma and flavor are malts, straw, grainy a bit and malty / grainy bitter. Again I'm thinking they swapped the order of the beers but im not sure so I'll have to believe them. Anyway, this is nothing special imo. Tastes more like a pils though imo so if they swapped it, this rating is for Faust Pils 😂🤦♂️
