330ml bottle. Fantastic, opalescent, dark ruby colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Mellow malty, minimally spicy malty and fruity hoppy aroma, hints of rye spiciness, cherry, red berries. Taste is slightly dry, spicy and minimally bready malty and minimally fruity hoppy, hints of rye spiciness, a touch of red berries. Watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously slightly dry palate, medium to fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation. Wonderful colour, nice nose, relatively simple and monotonous taste - not bad.

0.33 l bottle from 'Bierhandwerk', best before October 2024. A bit hazy, ruby with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, beige head. Sweetish, fruity-resiny aroma of caramel, pine, red fruits and some tobacco. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, quite fruity-resiny taste of caramel, grains, pine, red fruits and some tobacco, followed by a short, gently bitter, minimally roasty, dry finish. Medium to full body, smooth but fairly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice one!

Tap at Lange Nacht der Brauereien. Murky dark red, I think. It's dark here. Melanoidin, caramel, dry metallic. Same goes for the taste, but there is also sweetness. Alrightish.

Mein Fazit: Ein vielschichtiges Bier - absolut gut!

Almost clear, brown-reddish color and a nice white head. Malty nose, caramel, faint honey, dusty. Malty, herbal, faint caramelly, earthy hops and a faint sweetish finish. Nice.
