On tap at the Brewpub, MUC Airport. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma and taste of light hops, grain, some bread and hay. Medium body and bitterness. Easy to drink. An ok one.

Hazy yellow color with a nice white head. Aroma is bready/toasty, with a lemon-zesty hop character. Taste is quite dominant on the lemony hops and some spicy yeasts that complement them, with a bready undertone that works together with the rest just fine. Mouthfeel is quite crisp, but also quite "unfiltered", meaning a bit silky and you do get the yeasts in there. Later in the mouth, you get some weird veggie and phenol notes, egg shell and sulfuric - maybe it’s not meant to be kept in the mouth for too long. Or was this just my first DMS beer? I leave the rating standing, because besided this weird flavour, it’,s bare necessities, but incorporated nicely and with some extra citrus zest!

At the brewpub at Munich Airport. Nice orange color with white head. Aroma is bananas, fresh yeast spices. A bit phenolic. Taste is refreshing, a bit tart, quite a crisp mouthfeel, not so silky. Overall, this Weizen stays pretty refreshing, with a spicy breadiness towards the end. Solid! Mouthfeel becomes more silky after a minute, but also more phenols. To put it creatively, it tastes like a Cloud. You’ll see what I mean when you drink it.

Draft at the brewpub, Munich Airport, to conclude the Bamberg Jolly of January 2014. Pours hazy yellow with a frothy white cap. Biscuity aroma, with light cereal and hay. Light to medium sweet flavor with doughy bread, faint floral hops, sugary cereal. Light bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with notes sweet biscuits, cereal, white bread, mild bitter straw. Very basic but tasty and drinkable.

Mild würziger, kaum herber Antrunk. Leichte Süße, die Würzigkeit steigt deutlich an. Passend zur Süße etwas herb werdend, holzig, sehr süffig. Gut! 9/11/11/11//11

Tap. Pours hazy golden, medium puffy white head, dissipates slowly, good lacing. Aroma is grassy, cereal grains, hint of hay and citrus. Flavor is light sweet, medium bitter, grassy, clean. Light body.

On tap at the brewpub. Trübes dunkel orange goldenes Bier mit einer ordentlichen leicht beigen Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, leicht röstmalzig, Karamell, reifes Obst. Geschmack süß malzig, Karamell, toffee, wenig reifes Obst, brauner Zucker.
