Bavarian Gator Pines, gebraut in Hirschau für Bavarian Gator Brewing, Flasche von Edeka Schraml, MAK. - Satt goldgelb, klar; fast schaumlos. - Untypisch ruppiges Helles. Mißratener Sud? (24.5.2022.)

500ml bottle. Clear, dark yellow-ish, deep golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Grainy, strawy, pale malty and minimally piney, grassy hoppy aroma, initially some hints of wet straw, but the hop flavours become predominant after a while. Taste is moderately bitter, slightly piney and grassy hoppy, pale malty basis with a minimally strawy touch, subtle sweetness; lingering finish with additional floral and mineral touch. Oily texture, super soft, smooth, silky palate, fine and soft, mildly prickly carbonation. Well crafted, excellent mouthfeel, very clean, very fine hop flavours - pretty good!
