The aim is to source our ingredients as close to the Blendery as possible. We work with farmers and growers directly, and promote their amazing produce through our beers, our website and social media.
Our work is seasonal. We brew in the cold months and fruit in the warm. Each beer we make is of that year. It is of that season and it cannot be replicated anywhere else in the world.

Tap at Prague Beer Fest 2024. Misty red-golden body. Honey, light funk and light alcohol in the aroma. Honey-driven funky taste, light paint, sweetish. Unsure about the balance of flavors on this one, wasn't my fave.

Tap at Prague Beer Fest 2024. Hazy golden body, off-white head. Brett-driven aroma, sweetish-seeming orange-like touches. Lean, dry taste, citric notes, primarily lemony, fair bit of herbal touches, brett, some bitterness even. Or at least noted as such. In my notes as Blendery, being the most likely culprit, but I tried it later in the night, noting it under the right name, liking it slightly less (3.3, focus on citrus and brett), but I was slightly less fresh then, so I'll ignore that one.

Tap at the Prague Beer Fest 2023. Hazy reddish body with some golden-like hints, off-white head. Dry tart aroma, berries, light honey. Lean, dry, bramble-driven taste, clean wildness, nice, if simple. Tasty stuff!

Tap at Prague Beer Fest 2024. Hazy red body. Not much head. Huge bretty character in the aroma, low raspberries. Lean, dry, salty taste, very light fruity notes, quite dried out, subtle, maybe too much for a festival surrounding, so raising the score slightly.

1/3 pint, draught at Mother Kelly's N17. Shared with Finn. Poor lacing and head, deep copper-reddish body. Berry skins on the nose, hints of fruits as well. Blended taste of grapes, berries and citric fruits. Soft berry-fruits to the ending. Fair enough. (Tottenham Hale,, London 15.03.2024).
