The aim is to source our ingredients as close to the Blendery as possible. We work with farmers and growers directly, and promote their amazing produce through our beers, our website and social media.
Our work is seasonal. We brew in the cold months and fruit in the warm. Each beer we make is of that year. It is of that season and it cannot be replicated anywhere else in the world.

Not the L6 bottleshare. Thanks to Fergus. Almost clear gold beer, short lived pale cream colour head. Soft airy palate, modest fine carbonation. Light malts, a light creamy sweetness. Mild funk. Well integrated white wine. A modest vanilla oak on the semi dry finish. Nice enough.

Tap. Shakespeare’s. Clear deep red. No head. No idea what is happening here, but this is bad. Rotten fruit. Sticking plaster. Acid. Smells like a compost bin. Taste is slightly less offensive but is very dry and fairly acidic. Wow.
