The aim is to source our ingredients as close to the Blendery as possible. We work with farmers and growers directly, and promote their amazing produce through our beers, our website and social media.
Our work is seasonal. We brew in the cold months and fruit in the warm. Each beer we make is of that year. It is of that season and it cannot be replicated anywhere else in the world.

Keg at Casc, Aberdeen. It pours a rather lovely cherry red with a small off -white head. The aroma is fresh, juicy and tangy, loads of red berry, ripe cherry, raspberry, bramble, touch of warming spice, jammy, fruit compote and vinous. The taste is smooth upfront, juicy, tangy, quite bright, pleasing sour pucker to it which builds then mellows, big ripe crunchy cherry, jammy, tangy, raspberry, bramble, funk, damp oak, must, barnyard, brett, spicy, only a hint of acidity, bark and damp basement with a drying cherry stone/raspberry pip finish. Medium body and fine, but lifting carbonation. Lovely fruitiness, but also pleasant funky depth.

Bottle shared in London - big thanks to Fergus. Pours mostly clear gold with a creamy white head. Lightly sweet flavour with notes of tart lemon and tangerine, a little biscuit, light butter. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. OK balance to finish. Enjoyable.
