A blend of 18 month & 30 month old golden ales brewed with malted barley, raw wheat and raw organic spelt. Spontaneously fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels. The beer was refermented on Timperley Early rhubarb from Worcestershire for 4 months. It was then blended back with further barrel components before packaging.

Poured from a bottle at MBCC 2023, Yellow Session. Misty golden body, missing head, poor lacing. Modest smell of farmyard and ripe fruits. Has got a taste profile of lambic tartness with a rhubarb touch. Drying close. Okay cleanser. (Copenhagen, 05.05.2023).

Bottle pour at MBCC 2023, pours a hazy blonde with a small wit or head. Aroma brings out lots of earthy notes, pithy stone fruits, and spiciness. Flavour is thorny and earthy, with gentle spiciness, earthiness and oak. A bit messy and thorny. It's alright.
