The aim is to source our ingredients as close to the Blendery as possible. We work with farmers and growers directly, and promote their amazing produce through our beers, our website and social media.
Our work is seasonal. We brew in the cold months and fruit in the warm. Each beer we make is of that year. It is of that season and it cannot be replicated anywhere else in the world.
Nice stuff. Lightly tart, floral and fruity. Got that fun plastic thing going on. Good stuff! Plums!
Interesting. Quite a nice complicated fruit flavour. Not so much funk or that kind of thing that you might expect. Quite sweet. Not at all sour. Not much barrel there either.

Never tasted this taste before. Earthy, smoky, weird. Herbal, cinnamon spice or something like that.

750ml bottle pours a deep honey color with some creamy, white head. Nose and flavor have cocoa and grapes, barrel. Malt. It's a bit overdone on all levels, mostly the barrelling. Full bodied finish. Could be a bit more nuanced.

Bottle split at Tilt, Bingo-Cotts Convention, Thanks to Fergus 08/07/23. Hazed orange with an off white cap that retains well. Nose is stewed fruits, hedgerow, herb, damp grass, vinous. Taste comprises green berry must, damp hay, funk, tannins, hedgerow, earthy fruit skins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light puckering edge. Decent enough sour but not as good as Crossovers usual efforts.

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Fergus. Pours lightly hazed gold with a foamy, white head. Light sweet flavour, low acidity, some pale wood dryness, nips of golden raisin, apricot, lemon. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Dry finish, bit more mild lemony tartness. Nice one.
