The aim is to source our ingredients as close to the Blendery as possible. We work with farmers and growers directly, and promote their amazing produce through our beers, our website and social media.
Our work is seasonal. We brew in the cold months and fruit in the warm. Each beer we make is of that year. It is of that season and it cannot be replicated anywhere else in the world.

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Fergus. Pours cloudy deep gold with a creamy white head. Light sweet flavour, a little salty, notes of melon, tangerine, decent acidity. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Quenching finish, some watermelon, peach, sturdy acidity. Tasty.

Shared bottle @ Patricks, A gusher. Unclear golden orange with floating sediments and a big, dense white head. Delicious, mild acidic, quite funky aroma with citric fruit. Taste has smooth, mild acidic citric fruit, peaches and plum. Some funk as well. Balanced body with a long lasting, nice aftertaste. Highly enjoyable, mild funky wild beer.

Shared bottle @ Patricks, Clear red body under a small white head. Aroma is slightly acidic with cherry, some kind of generic red berries and a funky touch. Taste is sweet and sour with cherry, cherry stone, slightly harsh bitterness and some funky. Balanced body with a tart, fruity finish. Quite unusually taste, almost weird in an interesting way. Nice but also a bit one-dimensional.

Deep red-purple colour with a small left over pink rim. Vinous red fruit nose, red grapes, fruitwine rests. Sour-sweet, but with a faint, not-quite-real fruit flavour. Red fruit, fruitextract. Medium bodied, slick to viscous, yet good carbonation. It has an artificial tang that I didn't expect from this applauded blendery.

Bottle, 75cl corked, at Patricks. An almost clear deep red beer with a small head. Cherry, red fruit and some funk in the aroma. It's tart and nicely carbonated, medium to full bodied, with mostly fruity flavor. Long funky finish with lots of berries. Delicious but a bit straight forward. 230929
