Description
We are a small blendery operation located at The Grainworks in Hertfordshire, UK. Our focus is on producing 100% spontaneously fermented beers aged in traditional vessels such as oak barrels.

The aim is to source our ingredients as close to the Blendery as possible. We work with farmers and growers directly, and promote their amazing produce through our beers, our website and social media.

Our work is seasonal. We brew in the cold months and fruit in the warm. Each beer we make is of that year. It is of that season and it cannot be replicated anywhere else in the world.

Side by side with the purple. Mild lemony and herbal nose with some nice funk and earthiness, a lot more fruity esters and plum as it warms. This one was less exciting at first, but much more complex and interesting as it went longer

Side by side with the yellow. Deep nose, slightly woody and herbal, earthy jotes and a pleasant mild astringent note. Some plum jam, but it faded as it warmed. This one was better at first, but lacked the depth of he yellow.

Keg @ Brewdog Oxford. Pours gold with a light misty, lasting foamy white head. Lovely gueuze-like aromatics, fruity, wild flora, delivering nicely on the palate, great depth to this, with good fruity hints, bristling sour edge, just enough acetic elements coming through bringing to mind the great Frank Boon with it's balance. Very good indeed.
