The aim is to source our ingredients as close to the Blendery as possible. We work with farmers and growers directly, and promote their amazing produce through our beers, our website and social media.
Our work is seasonal. We brew in the cold months and fruit in the warm. Each beer we make is of that year. It is of that season and it cannot be replicated anywhere else in the world.

Bottle. Via the online shop I think. Deep purple with a slim pink foam. Nose has blackcurrants. Light oak. Yoghurt. Bit of plastic. Taste is dry and lightly tart with a bit of a burnt plastic bitterness. Jaggedy on the palate. Foamy carbonation. Short dry finish. Doesn’t do it for me. Missus walloped it though. So there’s that.

Brum gathering, Tilt Tasting; 2nd July 2022. Cheers Fergus (sat on my right) for the 750ml bottle of this to share with the gang. I got it early, so it was almost clear bodied, orange in colour with a reddish hue, white head. Red berries and old plums in the nose and taste, more of a tart puss than a sour puss.
