About
We are a small blendery operation located at The Grainworks in Hertfordshire, UK. Our focus is on producing 100% spontaneously fermented beers aged in traditional vessels such as oak barrels.

The aim is to source our ingredients as close to the Blendery as possible. We work with farmers and growers directly, and promote their amazing produce through our beers, our website and social media.

Our work is seasonal. We brew in the cold months and fruit in the warm. Each beer we make is of that year. It is of that season and it cannot be replicated anywhere else in the world.

Аромат малинки и вообще ягодного сбора, как будто кислый смородины еще добавили. Цвет персиковый, мутный весьма, пенка тонкая, белая. Вкус кислый, есть какая то горчинка от косточки как будто, и она противная. Послевкусие кислое, лимонная составляющая, ягод меньше уже, как будто слива. Средне в целом.

Apricot, jammy red fruits & rhubarb crumble nose. Taste is rhubarb, apricot, peach, touch of orange toffee. Dry, fruity tart malarkey.

Bottle shared at the CBJ BIG BOOSTY XMAS tasting, thanks to LKS, 13/12/23. Moderately hazed orange amber topped with an off white head. Nose is tarte fruit rinds, dried apricots, funk, damp oak. Taste comprises sharp berry fruits, herb, hedgerow, perfume. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a puckering edge and balanced acidic rise. Okay sour if a touch restrained.

Bottle shared at the CBJ tasting, thanks to Fergus, 18/10/23. Hazed orange topped with an off white head. Nose is tarte citric rinds, funk, damp straw, pissy tones. Taste comprises bitter lemon, green berry must, damp vanilla oak, funk, tannins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a light acidic flicker. Okay.
