Can. It's a hazy golden colored beer with a two-finger white head. Some lacing. Quite fruity aroma with a grassy touch and some pine cones. Some DMS hints and citrus, and a light bready touch. It's medium bodied and quite dry on the palate, nicely carbonated, with a good bitterness. Sourish flavor too, with a good dash of fruityness, some grass and bread and a dash of hay and caramel. Dry, lasting finish. A bit unclean, but not bad anyway. 211124

Can. It pours a dense, two-finger off-white head over a hazy chestnut colored body. Nice lacing. The aroma is mostly on the malty side, with a nice fruityness. Some dried fruits and grass. It's full-bodied and nicely carbonated, quite dry, and with a good dash of bitterness. Bready, malty flavor too, with dark dried fruit, caramel notes, resin, some grass and pine cones. Bitter, rather hoppy finish, with a bready, malty backdrop. A decent one, but a bit unbalanced. 211103

Can. A hazy dark golden-orange colored beer with a small, dense, white head. Some lacing. The aroma has a touch of alcohol, with fruityness, banana, spiced hints, coriander seed mostly, a hint of yellow apple and some peach and pineapple. It’s full-bodied, nicely carbonated and with a pleasant sweetness. Banana, generic fruityness, coriander, spiced hints and some tropical fruit in the flavor. Some bready pale malts too. Lasting finish. A quite decent one from this newly established brewery. 210813
