Draught at Bruuveri on June 30, 2012AS "Luostari Vahla Olut 7.5%".Clear dark copper color, white head. Sweet, malty, alcohol scent. Sweet, alcohol, apple, grainy taste. Spritzy mouthfeel, medium high bitterness. Alcohol bite. Medium mouthfeel, some dry wall, also dry red currants. Dry medium high bitter aftertaste.

(Draught at Bruuveri, 20120701) The beer poured pale golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had citricness, malts and a hint of fresh malts in the background. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, grass, hay, white bread, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy, fruity and bitter. Quite nice. The hops weren’t overdone and the fruitiness lasted from the beginning to the end.

Draught@SOPP Lahti 2012. Orangeish amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is fruits, caramel, yeast and some herbal notes. Flavour is fruity, citrusy, tropical fruity along with mild wooden notes. Very similar to the Coral Reef Pretty Baby.

Draught@SOPP Lahti 2012. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, wooden, nectary and mildly floral notes. Flavour is big time fruityness, tropical fruit juice, some slight wooden and sweet malty notes. Very nice IPA, and rather good body for being a bit on the light side of the ABV.

Draught@SOPP Turku 2012. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is saccharine red berries and some mild hoppyness. Flavour is very much the same. Rather strange. 5 3 5 3 10.

Flavour is cranberry (The same) bitter and sour notes along with some malts and wooden notes. Really different from what was served in Turku. The wrong drink in the wrong lines in Turku? 7 3 7 3 14.

Slightly hazy orange-yellow color, steady small white head. Sweet mango, sticky nettles aroma. Medium-bodied. Wow! This is odd. Mango, caramel, berry essance, grapefruit/cranberry and light hoppyness. This is weirdo but kind of liked it.

Pours light yellowish orange with a foamy head. Aroma of exotic fruits, grassy hops and caramel malts. Taste is hoppy and fruity with notes of exotic fruits and sweetish caramel. Finish is dry and bitter with hints of fruitness. Not quite as harshly bitter as other recent Bruuveri IPAs, but feels a bit more light bodied.
