(bottle) Cloudy, chestnut-brown coloured hue with ugly floaties and a big and beige foamy head. Yeasty, slightly dusty aroma with notes of wheat- and caramel-malt with nutty notes, traces of banana and a present clovy touch. Slightly sweet and delicately tart flavour, rather light bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slim wheaty taste with shy hints of cara-malt, banana and discreetly nutty accents; slightly sweet and delicately fruity finish. Nothing special. 12.II.14

(bottle, courtesy of Quack-Duck) Cloudy, yellow colour with a diminishing frothy white head. Yeasty, wheat-malty aroma with notes of banana and a tinge of cloves. Slightly sour and delicately bitter flavour, light bodied with a lively carbonation. Slim wheaty taste with hints of banana and citrus, accompanied by bearable spicy notes; sourish fruity and delicately tart finish. Clean and quite refreshing. 12.II.14

(bottle) Minimally hazy, pale golden colour with a big but diminishing frothy white head. Mildly grainy and moderately wheaty aroma with hints of citrus, shades of banana and quite present clovy notes. Mildly sweet flavour with a tinge of acidity, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Slightly grainy wheat-malty taste and a rather subdued fruit character; moderately sweet and delicately sour wheaty with subtle fruity notes and a tinge of cloves. 19.II.14

5.2% It pours a slightly opaque light gold, not really all that cloudy more on the clear side. Served in a weizen glass it has a great thick white fluffy creamy looking head of foam. The aroma is a touch yeasty, with some light clove spiciness. The body is light & kind of thin/watery. The flavor has a kind of sugary sweetness with caramel or cream soda like notes followed by a spicy more weizen like finish. It is a passable enough weizen, I wouldn't turn it down but I wouldn't seek it out again either. Disclaimer this bottle was slightly past it's best by date. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
