Bottle, thanks FatPhil. Clear and kind of watery pour. Nose is chalky a bit, sweet apple juice. Tastes like apple juice as well, just has that alcohol warmth coming up in the finish. Lightly tart, overall quite nice, light booze bitter notes in the finish. cider-like, solid.

Bottle, thanks fatphil! Pours golden. Aroma and flavor are sweet and sour, apples, some booze, some vinous notes. Not getting much honey. Overall: ok.

Bottle sample at Mead Museum, pours a clear straw colour. Nose reveals light dry hopping, very faint ginger and just a touch of honey. Flavour is quite dry, with dry white wine, a touch of ginger, and light dry hopping. Dry and well-rounded. Lovely.

Bottle at mead museum. Pours clear, almost like water. Aroma is sweet, medicinal. Flavor is sweet, honey, spices, apple, chocolate, oak, booze. Finish has some booze and more herbs. Overall: this is really weird, i kind of like it, except the burning booze.

Sampled on August 4, 2017.At Mead Museum, Praha.From bottle 50 cl at 13.2%. Sticker stating "sem patrim... Cesky Les" on the side.Name too long to enter it all into ratebeer, but label on front also state "s prichuti chmele a zdzvoru".Clear pale peach color, thick residue and legs. A bit sweet, some spice scent. Dry, tart, spicy taste. Spicy aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel, tart finish.6/4/6/3/12=3.1
