Bottiglia. Alcool presente.

Draught Huge pinkish foam, clear reddish amber beer. Alcohol in the nose! As some genever with berries. Some toast. Sweet-sourish fruit. Lactic acid, and again, sharp alcohol. Red fruit, grapes, Weinbrand. Light burning MF, acid- and alcoholbite. Just a tad too sharp, the alcohol and the acids combining.

Cask Small BC'H' head, but resistant! over hazy ochre beer. Grains, malt (+/- Crystal-like, smeling rather neutral. Ys! the British taste wiht a fleeting acidity, then going over into insular (maybe not) malts. Sweet, almost no bitterness. The difference: no (or too little )UK hops. The right: the malts.

Draught Not much head over fully cloudy pale yellow liquid. Lactic acid, mild, but very much upfront. Wey, green fruit. Mild lactic acidity, buttermilk, but also floral, rhubarb. Light, slight acidburn and -thinning. Original and tasty! I loved it!

Hell brotiger Beginn. Milde Herbe, brotig bleibend, sehr milder Hintergrund. Wenig würzig, leicht säuerlicher Abgang, ok. 7/5/6/5/9/5

0,5 l bottle purchased at the brewery up in the mountains last september. BB 30.06.2025. Gushing with bigger fruit elements. Saved 0,3 l. Murky flat yellow like juice in the glass. Small white head. Smooth pale grainy with some yeast and strawberries on the nose. Taste starts dry, fruity, pale malt, yeast, some sweetness. Less salty. Thick texture. Okay, but not right up my alley.
