Quite nice lambic-esque chestnut ale. Oud Bruin notes as well.

Hell brotiger Beginn. Milde Herbe, brotig bleibend, sehr milder Hintergrund. Wenig würzig, leicht säuerlicher Abgang, ok. 7/5/6/5/9/5

0,5 l bottle purchased at the brewery up in the mountains last september. BB 30.06.2025. Gushing with bigger fruit elements. Saved 0,3 l. Murky flat yellow like juice in the glass. Small white head. Smooth pale grainy with some yeast and strawberries on the nose. Taste starts dry, fruity, pale malt, yeast, some sweetness. Less salty. Thick texture. Okay, but not right up my alley.

0,5 l champagne bottle bought at the brewery up in the mountains last autumn. Great package as always, lable, bottle and printed cap. 2021 edition. BB 30.12.2027. Clear dark with a small white head in the glass. Intensive fruity with pale grain in the background. Lively visible carbonation. Taste starts malty sour fruity background, increasing dry. Pale grain in the second part. Soft bitterness to the end. Nice one.

0,5 l bottle purchased directly at the brewery up in the mountains. Again a great package, 0,5 l champagne bottle, printed standard cap plus printed cork and a lot of information on the label. A darkest red brown in the glass, slightly cloudy, smallest fast fading pale beige head. Malty smell with fruity elements. Taste starts malty, some choco, hints of licorice, some sweetness. No carbonation as expected. Nice but not as complex as I hoped.

0,5 l champagne bottle, printed standard cap plus printed cork. Informative label. You can´t expect more. Purchased at the brewery up in the mountains. BB 30.12.2027. Cloudy dark orange golden with a one finger white foamy head. Unsweeted dry honey and malt on the nose. Taste has dry honey and some rum in the second row. Nutty malt. Low to zero carbonation. Way behind in the background. Rum and alcoholic in the aftertaste, but I expected way more rum taste.
