Orange peel and pine. Light green onion. These guys are definitely the most qualified IPA brewers I've come across in Portugal. This one isn't quite at the standard of their West Coast IPA, that being said. Golden hazy pour with good head and lacing. Light hoo tang in the finish, some sweetness and bitterness. Can from Outro Lado.

Solid IPA. Passion fruit and mango. A little grapefruit. Flavours come on strong, kind of more like a NEIPA initially. Then plenty of peel and some green onion. Pours clear golden like a West Coast IPA. Definitely good overall. Tried on recommendation from a dude at the bar at Cerveteca, and didn't disappoint.

Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 29A: strawberries / 28B: lactobacillus / 23A). Can 44 cl - Batch 120422 (BBF 12.04.23). AROMA: medium-high to high fresh strawberry aroma. faint sour background with a yogurt-like note. APPERANCE: pale red body and totally opaque with a fruit smoothie appearance. low to now head. TASTE: medium strawberry flavor, more muted than the aroma by a balanced clean lactic presence. finishes of strawberries and slight acidic. MOUTHFEEL: very high body with a thick and creamy texture. low to no carbonation. OVERALL: indeed it is what the label says strawberry smoothie sour, although with a bit too much texture.

Can at home, picked up from Libeerdade Lisboa, 31/03/22. Light black with a good sized tan covering that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is dark malts, chocolate, nutty, roasted tones, molasses, toffee. Taste comprises bitter chocolate, charr, spice, dark malts, brown sugars, light coffee, cacao nibs, dried fruits, tickle of coconut. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. solid well rounded impy ... well balanced with a good bitter edge to temper the chocolate and sips fairly easy for the big bollocks 12%.
