Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Gluten Free. Amber colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of malt, toffee, yeast, fruit. Taste is sweet malty, burnt caramel hint, toffee, with some yeasty fruity notes, alittle tartness and drying tangy bitterness. Smooth medium bodied, soft carbonation, sweet malty bitter finish. Quite OK.

3/4/2026. Bottle at the Good Friday ITFC beer share. Courtesy of Sebastian, cheers! Big gusher. Glad it was opened over a bowl. Malty, fruity, bready, rubbery aroma. Taste is moderately sweet and bitter with a tart drying chalky edge. Foamy carbonation. Curious brew, hard to place.

330ml bottle. Slightly milky, yellow-ish, dark golden colour with average, frothy to creamy, slowly diminishing, moderately lacing, white head. Slightly citrusy and minimally earthy, herbal-grassy, leafy, hoppy aroma, spicy, pale malty background, hints of lemon balm, nettle, a touch of tarragon. Taste is moderately bitter, minimally earthy, herbal-grassy, leafy hoppy, slightly spicy, pale malty basis, hints of nettle.
Oily-watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously slightly dry palate, medium to fine, dense, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation.
Relatively earthy, therefore not that refreshing - OK.

0.33 l bottle from 'Bierothek' (online), best before September 2024. A little hazy, golden with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly malty, moderately floral aroma of grains, some straw and traces of honey. Gently sweet, slightly malty, moderately bitter, a bit grassy and a little floral taste of grains, straw and light honey, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Almost medium-bodied, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Decent lager, fairly crisp and refreshing.

Sweetish, gently fruity-floral aroma of orange jam, mirabelle and light wort. Gently sweet, malty, hardly bitter, slightly fruity-floral taste of grains, straw, orange jam, some honey and a touch of wort, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Thin to medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very solid NA beer.
