Description
Baron Brewing is a playground for beer, where no two batches are the same. Made for the fun and love of the process – the next beer will be the best beer.

The brewery is based on a farm in Great Hormead, East Hertfordshire. The focus is to brew modern styles, particularly highly hopped ales and fresh lagers.

The 1000L brewhouse allows for an ever-changing range of beers to be brewed. Each style will be pushed to its limits, with the evolution and development of new flavours.

Reddish amber topped with a lasting beige head.
Nose is caramel malts, pine needle, Riwaka peeping through, grass, bitter tropicana.
Taste comprises bitter orange, biscuit, dank spike, pine resin, caramel, grass.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close spiked with punchy Riwaka laden hop bitterness.
Solid kit.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Clear ruby body with a beige head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of burnt sugar and toffee. Flavour of caramel and fig. Medium body with a slick mouthfeel. Soft fizz. A cracking red IPA, bitter and moreish.

Can from House Of Trembling Madness. Hazy golden body with a white head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of lime jelly and mango chutney. Flavour of orange and lemongrass. Medium body with a smooth mouthfeel. Soft fizz. A fruity, pungent hoppy treat.

Clear deep golden topped with a just off white cap that thins to the edge.
Nose is bitter orange, weed, grass, grapefruit, crisp malts.
Taste comprises grapefruit, grass, light herb, weed, dank chimes, guava, airy malts.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close punctured with grassy come lightly dankened hop bitterness.
Solid kit and pulls off the WC vibe rather well.

In the BA lounge, Heathrow Terminal 5, on the way out to Monte Carlo, 2nd November 2025. Pours clear and golden, taste is pine resin and pith, nice and bitter

A golden pils with a thin lacing white head. In aroma, crisp biscuit malt with grassy German hops, light mineral notes, pleasant. In mouth, a nice crisp biscuit malt grassy German hops, light mineral notes, pleasant and smooth. On tap at Ghost Whale Putney.

Streatham Scoops Can picked up at Craft Metropolis Brixton at home in London 25/11/2025 Sweet malty and fruity with some caramel and fruity marmalade shred, pine, medium body, malty and fruity hoppy into the close.
