Description
We chose the name Odd Breed for our brewery because the yeast and bacteria we use are not the typical microbes used in a brewery for fermentation. In a world of industrialized and mainstream beer, most other brewers would consider our brewery and process to be a bit odd.

We think that being different is a good thing, and in a crowded market where most breweries are emulating whatever they think is popular or trendy, we have purposefully chosen to create our own path, as we strive to produce the types of beers we like most.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is very wild, with lots of barnyard funk, tart plums, and apricots. Flavour is tart and jammy, with loads of tart plums, floral notes, and a bit of wild yeast. Jammy and tart plums on the finish. Not very reminiscent of a lambic but it's a fun fruity tart ale.

On tap at Beer & Play. Hazy golden with a small white head. Kind of mild with funk, citrus, some malt and light grass. Quite nice.

More of a tannic and acidic finish than batch one if I remember correctly, still hella raspberries upfront.

Coriander came out a bit more I think, or did not age well, not bad and still nice funk but I preferred the other variants. This one's less honey sweetness, more tart, bit of acid or tannins

Dull, pale, looks not great. Peach, big acetic. On the palate, this has a lot of sweetness, peach, light woody tartness, i mean the palate is way better than the nose but meh.

Cloudy, blonde, no head, has lots of green sour mango, really lactic. Probably a little too sour, really.
