Brewery draught, 3/18/23. Light chill haze, strawberry blonde. No head. Sugary with tart lime. Some sweet cherry, moderate lactic acid. Lime is heavy, tart, lots of lactic acid. Dominated by lime. It's...a kettle sour.

5.5
Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 5

Brewery draught, 3/18/23. Medium amber, clear, low head. Not much nose, maybe caramel and vanilla. Clean, no alcohol. A bit thin, more malt depth needed. Clove, bubble gum, caramel and vanilla. Straightforward and clean, but the clove comes through too strongly and overdrives things.

Brewery draught, 3/18/23. Clear marmalade-strawberry. Light, off-white head to cover. Earthy, tart hibiscus with very minimal saison character, but clean and inoffensive. Soft, malty, good attenuation, prominent hibiscus, light Belgian character, pretty vague. But it's clean.

On tap at the source. Hazy electric yellow color without much of a head. Tart grapefruit against a bready citrus and resin filled beer. Not too shabby!

Can pour on tap at the 13th annual NH Brewfest. It's a dark dark brown (a bit darker than Yoo-hoo) with no head and no lacing. Aroma is rich roasted malt, peanuts. Taste is strong peanut butter--mostly sweet with some bitterness--along with roasted malt backbone. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, gets the peanut butter better than most (avoids rancid peanut oil quality).
