Description
Hidden Springs Ales Works is a craft brewery in the greater Tampa Heights neighborhood just north of down town Tampa.
We were born from the minds of Joshua Garman and Austin Good (two local guys who loved to brew), and we joined the neighborhood in September of 2015. Yellow Brick Row has become our home away from home, and we hope that it is your’s as well. So, swing by the Tasting Room, find yourself a seat, and enjoy one of our beers. There’s always room for more at the bar.

1 pint can from Malting Pot bottle shop in Brussels. F: no real, medium yet very quick gone. C: orange, hazy. A: sour fruity, bit lactic, yoghurt, lime, bit passion fruits, green kiwi. T: puckering sour fruity, bit passion fruits, lime, bit lactic, unripe berries, light body and medium carbonation, bit oily mouthfeel, very nice and refreshing yet still bit too sour for me.

Tall can Hazy yellow with a white head. Bright, fresh, citrus aroma. The flavor is citrus and tropical fruit with a smooth, light bitterness.

Tall can Hazy yellow with a large head. Fresh citrus aroma. The flavor is fruity, bitter with a sweet element to the finish that had a brief touch of licorice, then disappeared.

On tap at the 4th Mostra Anniversary. Pours black with medium tan head that lasts. The aroma is strong coconut, roast, oak, bourbon, vanilla bean. Thick body, similar flavors to nose, marshmallow fluff, hides alcohol well, smooth, really enjoyed this.

Wanted something light and easy for game admthis fits bill half growler. Lighter gold smallish head. Nose is orange and honey. Tastes pretty much the same some wheat as well. Honey sweetness lingers.

Nicely maple and Chipotle pepper balanced but the cranberry base makes it too watery for me to fully enjoy. Not bad but wanted way more flavor and mouthfeel out of it.
