Associated Venue: Hidden Springs Ale Works
Established in 2015
We were born from the minds of Joshua Garman and Austin Good (two local guys who loved to brew), and we joined the neighborhood in September of 2015. Yellow Brick Row has become our home away from home, and we hope that it is your’s as well. So, swing by the Tasting Room, find yourself a seat, and enjoy one of our beers. There’s always room for more at the bar.

Sampled from bottle at "Hooghe Noorden Tasting 2025". Opaque pitch black color, no head. Heavy cocoa, vanilla and cocos. Flavor is malts, cocos, cocoa, vanilla, lactose. Solid, but just a bit too much lactose, cocos and vanilla for me.

Bottle at home shared by Joen. Opaque black color, average sized off-white to beige head. Aroma is malts, very very sweet and heavy vanilla. Flavor is also heavy vanilla and cloyingly sweet, a bit boozy, sugary. Over the top, way too sweet and way too much vanilla for me.

Can pours clear gold lively with carbonation and crowned with thick froth that quickly reduces to thin foam. A silky mouthfeel coats your tongue with mild lemon-citrus bitterness that lingers. Very nice ale! Purchased from TraderJoe’s, St Petersburg, FL.
