Description
Hidden Springs Ales Works is a craft brewery in the greater Tampa Heights neighborhood just north of down town Tampa.
We were born from the minds of Joshua Garman and Austin Good (two local guys who loved to brew), and we joined the neighborhood in September of 2015. Yellow Brick Row has become our home away from home, and we hope that it is your’s as well. So, swing by the Tasting Room, find yourself a seat, and enjoy one of our beers. There’s always room for more at the bar.

440ml can from Pien. Pours reddish pink with a tiny head. Aroma of tartish tropical fruits, berries, spices, hints of lactic sourness, lime, grapefruit and passionfruit. Taste is tart, tropical fruity and sourish with some lactic notes, lime, grapefruit, passionfruit and hints of beetroot. Finish is sourish and tart with some berries, fruits, passionfruit and lime notes. Quite refreshing and interesting combination of fruits and berries. Pretty good.

Can at home. The label is prettier than my picture in What Ya Drinking Thread. Not prettiest pour kinda muddled dirty orange with sudsy head. Nose is citra through the roof. Tastes of lemon, hard candy, stone fruit, grass, cleaner. Not bitter slightly slick. Can’t resist a Hidden Springs Can

Can thanks to Adam. Pours a hazy ruby with small off white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong lime, earth, wheat. Thin body, beet juice, lime zest, nice tartness, enjoyed this.
