Description
Hidden Springs Ales Works is a craft brewery in the greater Tampa Heights neighborhood just north of down town Tampa.
We were born from the minds of Joshua Garman and Austin Good (two local guys who loved to brew), and we joined the neighborhood in September of 2015. Yellow Brick Row has become our home away from home, and we hope that it is your’s as well. So, swing by the Tasting Room, find yourself a seat, and enjoy one of our beers. There’s always room for more at the bar.

I was expecting a truck load of pineapple but got a smooth upside down Pina colada. Damn good.

Ultra coconut with a bitter back. Too sweet of a nose and back. Really weird coconut.

Very Gatorade, not anyone's favorite flavor but pretty good! Lime gatorade legit.

Was expecting orange crush soda, got a fairly good but not too crazy honey wheat ale with hints of orange.

16 oz can poured at Matt's. Huge thanks to Jow for sending this can over! I owe ya! A thicker golden orange pour, poured from a semi gushing can. A thicker soap bubble head. Quite a unique beer to have the pleasure of trying here. Who needs boiled hops? You are just destroying them that way anyway. I love the hop profile in this. A really juicy base to this. Some orange impressions. Smooth, creamy body. Really enjoyed this one.

Can at home sweet label as always from these blokes. Pour slightly hazy orange. Nose is strawberry, vegetal, mango. Tastes of pineapple, strawberry, mango, green onions, grapefruit pith light candy. Fairly bitter and zesty spice. Damn this hit the spot.

Can thanks to Dug. Pours a hazy orange pink with small off white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is strong hibiscus, wheat, passionfruit. Thin body, passionfruit, hibiscus, wheat, nice tartness, crushable, very nice.

I fucking love this. And I say fucking because the beer says it too. Really bright and fresh citrus hop aroma, all grapefruit and lemon rind. Flavor is dry crackery malts, heavy citric flavors, medium bitterness. Effervescent. Definitely a great IPA.

Interesting lime citrus notes and light crispness. Funny that bitter shows up as a flavor suggestion.
