Jæren Ølfestival 2022. Pale golden color with white bubbles. Aroma is sweet apples. Flavor is apples, sugar, yellow apples, grass, fruit, alcohol. Nice cider.

Bottle, 75cl. A clear, pale golden colored cider with some carbonation. The aroma has some alcohol, but ripe apples, apple cores and autumn evening orchard do most of the work. Grass and leaves notes. It's full-bodied, warming and nicely carbonated, lightly sour, but with some sweetness too. Fresh ripe apple, some grass and apple cores as well as notes of apple pie in the flavor. Some tannins and alcohol towards the finish. Quite nice this one. Not super complex, but tasteful and dangerously easy drinkable. 220907

Bottle, 75cl, at Jæren Ølfestival. It’s a clear one, straw colored and with a few bubbles on top. The aroma is rather sweetish, almost like canned pear in syrup, with yellow apple, pear, apple cores and a faint grassy touch. It’s warming, full-bodied and not too sweet on the palate, still with a good sweetness. Fresh apple, canned apple notes, apple cores and some grass in the flavor. Fruity sweetness and a hint of leaves and bark too. Lasting finish with an alcohol dealing with the sweetness. Quite nice. 220813

Shared bottle at Bryne tasting. Very pale straw colour. Decent apple aroma (Summerred). Sweet apple flavour, clearly sweeter than the ordinary Drengen. Quite good.

Notater fra en særdeles hyggelig kveld på Jæren Ølfestival 2022: klar blek strågul med bruseskum. Deilig eplearoma og -smak med lett perlende munnfølelse. Laang ettersmak og like mye mersmak. Fra 0,75 flaske.

Small fizzy shortlasting head, clear light golden color. Aroma is fresh fruity, apple peel, flowers, fresh apples, citrus, hops, dried apples, grass, leafs, yellow apples. Taste is fresh fruity, apple peel, citrus, flowers, fresh apples, hay, leafs, hops, yellow apples, grass, dried apples. Medium bitterness, light and fresh fruit mouthfeel. Nice one, dangerously easy drinking.
