OY Brewing
Microbrewery
in Tórshavn,
Streymoy,
Faroe Islands 🇫🇴
Associated Venue: Oy Brewing
Established in 2021
The breweryis called OY, a shortened word for “oyggj(ar)”, which means “island(s)”.
OY’s production capacity stands at approximately 1.2 million litres. In Faroese terms, it will be one of the islands’ biggest breweries. Internationally, it qualifies as a microbrewery.
OY will look to establish itself in the Faroe Islands first and foremost. In time, the plan is to start exporting its products.
Initially, OY will primarily focus on brewing and selling mainstream beers like pilsner, strong beer, IPA, and cider. Once those are up and running, special beers will also be added to OY’s beer catalogue. OY will function as a brewpub, offering beer tasting and tours, and will include a small shop with OY merchandise.

Should go back to Denmark. Get for Faroe Islands 🇫🇴 beers. Goddamn cheaper than Iceland.

I’m really kicking myself for not keeping track of what I bought where.
