us hoppy and grassy and slighly wild yeasty aroma. hoppy saison i think. flavor is saison yeasty spicy, herbal, very much saison like, with little other flavors than the saison yeasty spiciness, it's not sweet (which I like) a bit mineral watery , better than many Danish saison attempts that are often too sweet and too wheat beer like. What drags the score down a bit is that the beer almost tastes like a old fashioned non-alc-beer , there is a lot of cardboard and flavorless cereral in there. Pretty refreshing and a good choice if you crave some saison yeast action.
