Spasertur i finværet sammen med Steven, og etter en visitt på Nørrebro Bryghus befant vi oss plutselig på Skaal (via Brus, og hva skulle vi gjort uten mine lokalkunnskaper?), hvor vi begge gikk planken: klar kirsebærrød med kort skum. Bringebær, bringebær og litt rips. Syrligfrisk og lettdrikkelig, en bringebærbrus for voksne. Men igjen et nytt dansk bryggeri for meg.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Hazy orangeish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, some oaty and mild with big time spruce and spruce tips. Flavour is spruce tips, mild oaty, floral and mild herbal tones with a bit of toffeeish tones.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, some bready, grainy and mild earthy tones. Flavour is grainy, herbal, bready, some floral and mild not-too-sweet fruity tones to it with some earth too.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Deep amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is toffee, some bready, mild wooden and some dried fruity tones. Flavour is floral, fruity, some caramel, mild candy sugar and a bit sweet wooden tones. A little bit liquorice root in the finish.

Draft. A red beer with a lazing pinkish head. The aroma has notes of red currant, funk, and yoghurt. The flavor is sour with notes of lemons, red currant, wheat, and yoghurt, leading to a tart finish.

Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, grain, elderflower touch, moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, earthy touch. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, wheat, sweet malt, floral - flowers, fruity yeast, elderflower touch, earthy touch.
