Bottle from the brewery. Almost black with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, roasted malt and light spicy. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and roasted moderate bitter finish. 120622

Bottle, huge thanks HP! Slightly hazy dark ruby body, thick, big beige head. Creamy aroma, a bit yeasty and some red / dark fruit. Lean, dry taste, caramelly, light raisins, prunes, soft, ending a bit carbonated, but the taste doesn't go anywhere in particular.

Enormous thanks Papsoe for sending it! Shared with the people in Valhalla. Amber-red body, off-white head. Heavy malty aroma, light cocoa notes. Creamy taste, cocoa, nutty notes, brown ale-like, quite okay overall, but they REALLY don't help themselves by describing it as an IPA-ish beer. Flavored brown ale more like.
