Perhaps the best from Many Worlds that I've tried. Very vinous, smooth and elegant. The strong grape must is balanced well with the heavy oak presence and the cereals. 2022.

Cork flew out even before I was finished uncaging it. Heavy carb mellowed out after a couple minutes though. Intensely acidic at first but this also mellowed out. Lots of oak and bretty funk. Floral.

I should've shared this with someone who likes Kriek; cherry is my least favorite fruit in beer. It often tastes or smells like medicine to me, and this one does both. Still, I can appreciate the quality and the base is very clean.

A really beautiful Flanders red. Soft, not nearly as acidic as I feared it might be. Oak, cultures, patience.

First check-in! The first of the new six Many Friends Collective beers. Actually, it's 4-5 years old and has been waiting patiently in a barrel to say hello to me. Hey there, basil bugger! Adds an herbal touch to a pretty classic spontaneous profile.

Tap at Winter Affair. Apricot jam dominates the aroma, which is a bit funky and dusty too. Acetic taste, apricot jam notes again, light vinegar burn. Kinda pleasant, really not my type that much, but that's personally so, just slightly more vinegar than should be for me personally. Still, I respect it a fair bit!
