Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Golden colour, white foam head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of apple, caramel, woody, barnyard funky. Taste is sweetish, apple, toffee & caramel notes, fleshy fruity, some barnyard funk and drying tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry funky light tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

3/6/2022. Bottle from Corks of Cotham. Pours clear golden with a small frothy white head. Aroma of semi-sweet apple, light caramel, green apple, slight funky edge. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, slightly oily, average carbonation. Light dryness. Sweet, crisp and clean finish. Nicely done.
