14/9/2022. Bottle shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear pale yellow gold with a small frothy white head. Aroma of white grape, citrus, gooseberry, stone fruits, funky edge. Moderate sweetness, light sours. Moderate body, slightly oily, soft carbonation. Dry finish. Developed nicely. Enjoyable.

750ml bottle. Hazy yellow gold colour, white foam head that dissipate to a thin rim and aroma of grapes, apple, earthy, white whine. Taste is sharp, tart, tangy, fleshy apple, fruity, grape, kiwifruit, gooseberry, white wine, earthy, with zesty acidity. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart sourish acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle from Brew Cavern, Nottingham. Aroma had sweet apple with a vinous edge. Lightly hazy pale gold. Thin bubbly translucent white head soon recedes. Sour with distinct apple juice. Tart vinous edge. Sulphur. Hints of sweetness into the finish. Light bodied. Watery. Flat-average carbonation. Dry finish. Crisp and dry.
