Poured pitch black in color, not much head. Oily looks, soft and gently mouthfeel.
Fairly sweet with milk chocolate up front. Roasted malts in the back. On the sweeter side. Woody/oaky notes as well. Smooth, hides abv, but sweeter than I expected and hoped for.

Draught @ Biere a Lille 2025. Opaque cloudy gold with a large white head. Silky smooth DIPA, lovely balanced exotics, very cold.. lingering fruitiness on the finish. Nice, not overly shouty in tone.

Aroma of fruited pastry sour, cheesecake, guava, flavor is citrussy sourish with guava and some cheesecake.. good balance nice pleasant sour base taste. Clearly on par with the style.
