Somos Cristina Sáez y Andreas Hakansson. En 2019 creamos juntos Sáez & Son en Valencia, tras 5 años de educación y experiencia en Berlín. Allí, nos formamos en la escuela VLB como maestros cerveceros y trabajamos en fábricas como Stone Brewing y BRLO. En paralelo, gestionamos nuestra marca de cerveza artesanal, Pirate Brew Berlín. Con esta experiencia, educación y pasión, creamos Sáez & Son, para poder ofreceros cervezas actuales y diferentes. Nuestra mentalidad cervecera, combina lo clásico y moderno, resultando en cervezas sorprendentes y creativas, además de equilibradas y elegantes.

Pours smoothie grapefruit with some bubbles. Aroma: coconut milk, ripe strawberry and lime. Taste: strawberry puree and coconut milk. A good pastry.

Pours hazy pale orange with a lacing white head. Aroma: ripe tropical fruits, confectionery, orange rind and fresh grapefruit. Taste: grapefruit, tropical fruits and orange jam. Citrusy palate.

Draught @ SKAAL Sønderborg. Pours cloudy peach yellow with airy white head. Clear aroma of citrus and fruit, with touches of hops and yeast. Bitter flavour of hops and citrus, with round, sweet notes of fruit (tangerine?) and touches of yeast and malt. Citric and frury aftertaste with estery touches. Decent.
