Draft, half pint. @O Bandullo, Compostela. 28/03/2024 [#7.033 Global - #1.411 Spain - #1 Cerveza Artesanal Sáez & Son (My Spanish brewery / cidery #315)] Pours clear yellowwith visual carbonation and a small off-white head. Aroma: cereals, apple skin and yeast. Taste: lemon rind, modest citric peel bitterness. Yeasty finish. Refreshing and clean. Some spices aftertaste. Next one please!

100ml draught, beer flight at The Market Cerveza Artesana. Cloudy dark reddish body, filmy layer, scattered lacing. Moderate smell of berry skins, semi-sweet. Stewed fruit berry taste, jam like. Mid-dry fruit berry ending. Mouthfilling. Fair enough. (Valencia, 20.02.2024).

Tap at Bubbles. Hazy orange, looks like fruit juice. Passionfruit, mango, soft orange, wheat, lactic sour, soft popcorn. Yeah tastes like a kettle soirée beer with a ton of tropical fruit puree. Still better than a pastry sour any day. Medium sour.
