Bottle. Straw yellow body under a small, short living white head. A bit weak in aroma, some apple and a bit fruity in general. Taste is fresh, mild apple, rather dry and light floral. Medium body and light in aftertaste. Quite nice and delicate but I miss I bit more distinct apple flavor.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A straw colored cider, still-looking and headless. The aroma gives an impression of a dry, a bit uninteresting cider, even though there's a nice apple touch and some grassy scents. Some apple jam and a wee hint of alcohol too. It's full to medium bodied, semi-dry and nicely carbonated, lightly warming, with flavors of apple and grass dominating. Some apple cores, hints of lemon juice and a flowery hint too in the flavor. Medium length finish. A pleasant first encounter with this cider maker. 200601

Nice fizzy-creamy shortlasting head, clear light yellow-ish straw colored. Aroma is slightly dry fruity, apple cores, flowers, sorrel, sour apples, citrus, grass, alcohol, apple peel, minerals, bark. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, sorrel, citrus, sour apples, bark, alcohol, minerals, flowers, apple peel, grass. Medium to longlasting bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.
