Clear brown appearance with thin head. Aroma and flavour are moderately hoppy but not too bitter. Also dark malts add a little sweetness. Nice session beer.

BOTTLE 50 CL. Clear amber, big ivory head. Rich pilsner malts and cereals, hints of spicy herbal hops. Rich malty bock-size body, a touch of alcoholic spice and moderate spicy hops. A touch of cooked corn, but nothing offensive. A nice clean full-bodied malty lager.

BOTTLE 50 CL. Clear chestnut brown, beige head. Smells of dark bread crust and a little bit of chocolate/fudge/cupcake sweetness. The taste starts dry and thinnish, with harsh hoppy and mineral notes, but soon gets warm and gentle, with some chocolate cake smoothness and a dry herbal bitterness. Good.

(bottle) Almost clear, amber colour with a firm and medium-sized off-white foamy head. Piney, herbal spicy and slightly fruity hoppy aroma with notes of bready malt, caramel and a whiff of cough syrup. Bitter-sweet flavour, medium to light bodied with a soft, if not tame carbonation. Bready malt character with notes of caramel, backed by mainly piney, herbal and rather subtle fruity hops, including some exotic accents far in the background; quite lasting bitter-sweet and rounded hoppy and malty finish. Balanced and more-ish interpretation of the style. 01.I.17
