Description
The moons passed and the big foam that stains the beginnings refined to become the delicate nectars that you know. By mutual agreement, our three friends decided in January 2014 to embark on dynamic entrepreneurship. After many adventures, the company was created in November 2015 and opened its doors with fanfare on July 9, 2016.

Bottle at home picked up from Ferench supermarche. A mostly clear golden orange coloured pour with a lively off white head. Aroma is semi sweet, piney hop, hop candy, caramel, midget gems, tangy orange marmelade. Flavour is composed of tangy citrus, orange rind, nutty brown biscuity grains, some grass. Harsh grains. Palate is prickly abrasive carbonation, grain tannins.

Bottle at BBT 10/2021. I have a slightly worse sense of smell this time. Medium body, medium carbonation. Feels kinda unbalanced. There is high bitterness and med-light astringent zesty pithy citruses. Background sweetness and malt character. Slightly grassy too. The ABV is lurking around just barely hidden, flashing its teeth from the shadows.
