Bottle: Golden, hazy, visible carbonation,"flat" white head; wheaty-clovey nose with a light "medical" touch; moderate sweet flavour; sweetish, wheaty, and a bit "Medical" again, finish, followed by tart and sourish aftertaste. Quite monotonous Weizen............

Bottle (333ml): Brownish-amber coloured, slowly collapsing off-white head, dense dark-malty, also coffeeish nose with fruity and bitter influences; moderate bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; discreet fruitiness in the bitter-sweet-malty finish. Pleasant and quite well balanced........

(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of MoritzF. Clear, deep golden with an off-white head. Sweetish and distinctly malty aroma. Medium body and again intense malt flavours, some overripe fruit notes - almost a bit sherry-like. A fairly hoppy finish with some alcohol. Nice one. 180907

33 cL bottle. Pours golden yellow with a lacing white head. Slight sweet aroma with a bit of dryness. Slight bread malty flavour, clear sweetness. End with a bit of bitterness and warming alcohol feel. Nice.

Blond color. It’s just a stronger and sweeter version of a Pale Lager, with some honey/cereals touch (aroma and flavor). Not bad, but simple.

(33cl bottle) Clear, very dark mahogany colour with a medium-sized, off-white foamy head. Sweet cola-like nose with very restrained malty notes, not to speak of any hops. Sugary sweet flavour with an artificial touch of tartness, distinctive cola taste, that leaves no room for any beers flavours; sweet and slightly bitter-tart finish with a touch of citrus.

(33cl bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized blond foamy head. Slightly sweet malty, light-grainy nose with light notes of grassy hops. Light-bitter flavour, watery malty, slightly grainy body, crispy carbonation. Dry, light hop-bitter, slightly grassy finish. Not that bad for a non-alcoholic beer.

(33cl bottle) Clear, mahogany colour with a fluffy, slowly lacing beige foamy head. Discreet aroma: moderately sweet, slightly toasty malty nose with light notes of caramel, nuts and herbal hops. Light to medium sweet malty taste, slightly toasted and nutty with a whiff of caramel and herbal hops; rather dry, nutty and slightly hop bitter finish. One of the better Barre beers.

(bottle) Hazy, light-orange colour with a huge foamy white head. Yeasty, fruit-accented aroma with banana and a tinge of citrus; good wheat-character with phenolic spice (cloves and a bit band aid). Moderately sweet, slightly yeasty bitter and minimal sour flavour, wheat-malty, mainly banana-fruity taste; finishes yeasty, wheat-malty, slightly yeast-bitter and clove-spicy.
