Can: Poured a dark yellow color ale with a huge white foamy head with excellent retention and some good amount of lacing. Aroma of rustic malt withs trojan peppery yeast notes. Taste is also dominated by rustic malt with some strong peppery yeast notes and a sharp dry finish. This tastes like a clone of Saison Dupont with maybe a bit of a sharper edge on the peppery yeast notes but solid offering nonetheless.

Clearish gold body and minimal foam. Good chili on the nose, but not spicy and nothing else is coming through. Taste is nice floral hops with green chili notes, a slight hint of honey. It ends way too wet, and very soft lingering heat. This is missing so many elements, but what's here could be built upon.

Weak foam on a deep brownish copper body. Aroma is malt with soft caramel, taste is okay caramelly biscuit, and it's too wet for something like this. It feels like half a beer, tastes good but seems like it's watered down.

Hazy peach body and okay foam. Smells of fresh peach, raspberry almost isn't there. Taste however is good raspberry, noticeable peach and unfortunately a little thin and metallic. Almost there, some good elements here.

Nice bleach white creamy foam on a cloudy yellow body. Aroma is very soft banana, maybe vague hops. Taste is okay banana ending dry with soft lingering sweetness. Nothing too extraordinary but getting the job done.

Very nice creamy foam on a hazy peach body. Aroma is very weak strawberry, no banana. Tastes of tart strawberry, vague banana, combined with what seems to be the large hadron collider. When smashed together like this, you don't get a new element, you just get mediocrity.

Okay foam on a good clear gold body. Smells of dank hops, hints of floral peach. Taste is good citrusy dank pine ending smooth, slightly wet. An adequate IPA.

Okay deep brown body and modest foam. Aroma is soft cocoa, watery biscuit. Taste is okay cocoa, sweet molasses and it's all too thin, very wet. A mixed bag, feels watered down.

Hazy watery orange body with weak foam. Smells of nice fresh ginger, soft tart grapefruit. Taste is good sweet ginger, slight grapefruit. The grapefruit lingers, good carbonation, a little thin. It's a pretty good experiment, well balanced, and grapefruit used well here.
