Description
Purpose Brewing & Cellars is a small batch craft-brewery that focuses on handcrafted beers. We focus on three main ingredients: knowledge, experience and creativity. We blend those ingredients with fruit, wood, barrels, spices and whatever else that draws our inspiration. Every weekend we offer four or five unique beers that are different from week to week. We will always have a different barrel-aged sour on tap and, most of the time, a delicious sour beer. Come in and say hello and try some of our tasty creations.

Can - lightly hazy gold - dry, crackery malt base with some lightly dusty and spicy yeast - really lovely carbonation and mouthfeel - a lot of zesty and peppery hoppiness - some melon and citrus late - itβs really quite lovely.

Can - pours turbid gold with a fluffy head - like many Purpose beers, this one defies categorization - it has the hoppiness of an ipa, but also a subtle tartness and mild background funk that occasionally flirts with a mildly saison-like character - mostly dry and moderately bitter - soft but full texture - the fruit is present and plays well with the mild tartness (or perhaps even creates it) - this is my last can of the six pack and I definitely plan on buying more.

Their worst beer for sure, a bit astringent, a bit cloudy, a bit harsh.purpose Fort Collins
