Review from notes, Sample at The Microbrew Invitational 6/3/2017 Slightly hazy deep gold color big bubbly white head. Juicy fruity citrus nose, flavor doesn’t follow, disappointing.

At the source: somewhat hazy golden ale with a with a white head. Aroma is mostly citrus fruitiness with a tropical tinge. Taste is somewhat bitter and juicy. More sharp than your go to NE IPA. Good.

Can at home in Hackney - big thanks to drsandman. Pours hazy orange with a dense, frothy white head. Gorgeous aroma, lots of soft citrus fruits, restrained pine needles, understated pale bread. Light-medium sweet flavour with a lovely peach quality, some white grape, tangerine, powdery orange, mellow bitterness, further supportive pale bread. Medium bodied with delicate, massaging carbonation, pillowy texture. Quite smooth on the finish, with just a little resinous aspect, more peach and tangerine, a little passion fruit, melon. I’m shocked by the ratings for this one. This beer is highly expressive and obscenely drinkable.

Draught @ Keg&Lantern. Hazy bright yellow with foamy whitish head, lemon peel aroma, medium carbonation, bitter orange taste with some pineapple flavor, smooth body, long bitter lemon peel finish. Nice DIPA with well disguised alcohol content.

Draft at Harbor Bar, 6/19/17. Fully murky yellow color with a thick foamy white head. Thick, coating lace. Tropical juice all over the place here. Bright and juicy, with mango, grapefruit, and pineapple. Resiny undertones. Fairly sweet with a light bitterness. Kinda of a thick mouthfeel. Soft carbonation. Pretty delicious.
