Cloudy golden with a lasting white head. Good fruity aroma with pineapple, pear and apples. Dry and rather ordinary flavour with yeast and sweet red apple notes dominating. Pleasant dry and slightly yeasty finish

cloud yellow, thick smooth white head. acid and sour aroma, balanced. nice faintly dry vineagra acid aroma. extremely dry flavor, wild fermentation (brett?) is clearly in the flavor. grapefruit. refreshing. faint sweetness, flavor is round and makes room for many interesting tidbids. one of the better gueue i’ve tasted.(7,4,7,3,16) bbf 2035 tasted 2015. cloudy orange, offwhite head. aroma is dry, hoppy, grassy, leathery, sourish, slightly sweet herbal, very complex, very very nice. Flavor is super dry, slightly herbal, wood, leather, i think the hops are perhaps a bit too much in the foreground, but nevertheless this brew is super mega nice.

Corked 12 oz bottle. Aroma is pleasantly tart, very attractive and makes my mouth water. Pour is one of the best; comes out slightly pale yellow and ends with swirling hypnotics. Nice tasty flavor of sour and bitter something. Creamy fine fizzing palate. Finish does have some bitter hops or something on the finish but it is controlled. Not sure if its winelike in the taste but it sure is not what most would think beer taste is. Other than that funky finish, a very good experience. Hides the 6% alky very well! Love those lambics!

Thin, lacy foam head. Gold-blond colour. Aroma is quite musty with some yeast present. Flavour seems rather raw and unrefined with some yeastiness. Aftertaste becomes sweeter and a bit sticky too.

Bottle, Red Zebra, Derby. Poured a vivid ruby red with a slight haze and a throbbing pinky head....Ooer missus. Cherry tree in a damp barnyard aroma. Perfectly sour flavour that isn’t smothered in cherry. Dry woody finish. All the elements here equal a fine representation of the style. Qualitee all round.

Bottle, Red Zebra, Derby. Got a bit of a shock when I opened this fella, the cork exploded out of the bottle, flew 10 feet before hitting and knocking down a licence plate above a doorway then bouncing back another 12 feet before landing in a parsley plant. Certainly champagne like with the turbo popping cork. It poured a hazy straw like colour with a nice pillowy head. Aroma and flavour was apple tinged and classic lambic; barnyard, horseblanket etc etc . The sourness was a little more gentle than I was expecting, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. Finished sour. Silver medal.

VERY berry. Strong raspberry flavour overwhelms the lambic character, but might mellow with age. Still a nice one.

Deep ruby red with giant bright head. Full-bodied sour, musty, dusty, fruity goodness. One notch below Cantillon, but may approach that level after a couple of years in the cellar.

Pours scarlet-tinged brown into a tumbler. Dirty pink head with good retention leaves spotty sheets as it recedes to coat surface. Raspberry and lemon aromas. Crushed raspberry seeds upfront with a sour, lasting raspberry finish.
