We built our brewery in an 80-year-old former pool hall and bowling alley with the goal of maintaining the building’s history while producing well-balanced American brews 10 barrels at a time. Proudly brewing since the summer of 2013 with no intentions of slowing down, striving to continuously produce products that our community can take pride in

Pours a hazy, light orange-lemon, with smallish head. Aroma is full of tropical fruit notes. Flavors follow, with a lot of pine. Mouthfeel is maybe just a touch on the thin side? Mild to moderate hop bitterness in the finish.

16 oz can from Tavour. Dark pink, murky pour with a fizzy head that leaves behind tiny islands of fine bubbles. Aroma is mostly strawberry, some vanilla. Taste is sweet, minor tartness, strawberry, pastry with whipped cream.

Creamy milk colour, with no head. Contains chunks of cream/lactose. Flavour is lactose, vanilla, some slight pineapple and juicy citrusy tones too. Flavour is quite similar to the aroma, but has a slight tart/sour edge to it.

Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come resinous hop bitterness.
Tidy DIPA if perhaps lacking some fundamental bitterness.

16oz can from Tavour. Murky burgundy pour, a few fine bubbles. Fruity aroma, berries, mild notes of graham and vanilla. Tastes like a pie or cobbler, very pronounced berries (blackberry?). Light tartness.
