Pours a hazy, gold-banana, with minimal head. Aroma is a touch muted, with citrus and tropical fruit. Flavors are citrus and tropical fruit and a ton of alcohol burn (almost tastes a bit like black licorice?). Soft mouthfeel. Moderate hop bitterness in the finish. Gotta love breweries that steer into May the 4th, though. Right?

Pours a hazy, banana-pineapple, with minimal head. Aroma is tropical fruit, citrus, some berry. Flavors follow, along with a light touch of alcohol burn. Mouthfeel seems a tad thin for the style and elevated ABV. Mild to moderate hop bitterness in the finish.

Draft. Tepid, opaque corn juice color.  Nose is starchy, wheaty, some cheese curd, raw citrus.  Very leafy and wheaty, the citrus is muddled and the tropicals are too.  Its not bad, its unclear.  5 6 6 6 5.5
